Move-In: Tuesday, Dec 30 4:00 pm-8:00 pm & Wednesday, Dec 31 8:00 am - 1:00 pm 

The exhibit hall will open to participants at 1:30 pm on Wednesday, Dec 31. Move-in time is Tuesday afternoon from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm and Wednesday morning from 8:00 am - 1:00 pm. Move-in must be completed by 1:00 pm for the show to start promptly at 1:30 pm.

Move-Out: Sunday, Jan 4 11:00 am - 1:00 pm

The GYC program will end at 11:00 am Sunday morning, Jan 4. Exhibitors will not be permitted to move-out before the 11:00 am deadline. All exhibitors must move-out by 1:00 pm.

Age Requirement:

All exhibitors and exhibit staff must be age 18 or older. Due to safety procedures, no one under the age of 18 will be allowed on the exhibit floor during move-in and move-out hours. 

Application Wait Period:

Please allow two (2) weeks for your application to be processed. If your application is approved you will receive an email with further instructions. If your application is denied you will be notified via email and your booth package purchase will be canceled and refunded.

Decorator:

Exhibitor Services is our official show decorator and will provide any needed furniture and rental, material handling service, and labor. In the weeks following your booth approval, all primary booth contacts will receive an emailed invitation to Exhibitor Services online ordering portal, Boomer Commerce. Returning users will login with their email and set password (or use the "forgot password" button). New users will be prompted to create a password.
